i also work 1:1 with teenagers and young people, the coaching sessions tend to be between 45 and 1 hour and we chat about how the client is seeing the world, whether it’s as life is or is it seen through filters of conditioning/opinions and beliefs.

we explore how the human mind works and I’m basically giving them an instruction
